You may not need any but you may need 2 hdmi inputs on that DLP 1 for the dvd 1 for the sat The audio and video will go together in the hdmi cable which have 19 little wires inside them. Also a rooftop antenna to receive over the air hdtv (the bestdigital signal) this cable will be coaxial RG-6 running from a UHF antenna into the RF input on the back of the TV set aim the antenna at the TV station towers in your area.
DVD = hdmi or component + audio

AMP = digital audio cable

Sat TV = hdmi or component + audio
